US retail giant Walmart is looking to recruit a cryptocurrency expert to fill the position of head of digital currencies, according to details on the company’s career page.
The target person will hold the position of senior manager and will work from Walmart’s headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas.
According to the e-commerce giant, the person should help develop a roadmap for cryptocurrencies to align with developments in the blockchain space. The job offer states that the expert ” provide leadership to identify technology and customer trends “and will seek to integrate them into the requirements of the products.
The company wants the crypto product manager to be someone who can provide visionary leadership in the development of the digital currency strategy, it adds in a summary of the duties of the position.
